By accessing our website (www.xebec.international) and utilizing our sourcing, import, and export services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Service
Xebec International acts as a strategic sourcing facilitator and trade intermediary. We identify suppliers (primarily in China), negotiate terms, conduct quality inspections, and coordinate logistics to various global destinations, including India and the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman).
2. Sourcing & Supplier Relationship
Vetting: While we perform due diligence on manufacturers, Xebec International does not own the manufacturing facilities. The ultimate responsibility for product warranty and manufacturing defects lies with the manufacturer.
Samples: We strongly recommend that clients request and approve samples before mass production. Approval of a sample constitutes acceptance of the product specifications.
3. Pricing and Payments
Quotes: All price quotes are subject to market fluctuations in raw materials, currency exchange rates, and shipping costs until a formal Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed.
Payment Terms: Standard trade terms (e.g., 40% deposit, 60% balance before loading shipment at the Warehouse (source)) apply unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
4. Shipping and Risk
Incoterms: All shipments are governed by International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020). Unless stated otherwise, quotes are provided onEX-W, FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) basis.
Delays: Xebec International is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, port congestion, or "Force Majeure" events (natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability).
5. Quality Control and Claims
Inspections: We provide pre-shipment inspections to mitigate risk. If a client waives this service, Xebec International cannot be held liable for quality discrepancies.
Claim Period: Any claims regarding quantity or visible damage must be filed within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
6. Compliance and Regulations
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the products they import comply with their local national laws.
For Middle East shipments, Xebec International will assist in obtaining necessary certifications (e.g., SASO, G-Mark), but the cost is typically borne by the client unless included in the quote.
For Electronics, clients must ensure compliance with local telecommunication and safety standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Xebec International. Clients providing designs for OEM/Custom branding must prove they own the rights to the trademarks provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
Xebec International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products sourced through our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid by the client for the specific transaction in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
